Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to tickets and related purchases for Loughborough Card Show, an event operated by Card Goblin Limited.

Purchases may be made through either:

  • loughboroughcardshow.co.uk

  • cardgoblin.shop

Regardless of which website is used to complete the purchase, all sales are made by Card Goblin Limited and are subject to this Refund Policy.

2. Event Tickets

Tickets purchased for Loughborough Card Show are generally non-refundable.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, tickets for leisure activities taking place on a specific date are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation rights that apply to many online purchases.

Once a ticket purchase has been completed, refunds will only be provided in the circumstances outlined below.

3. Event Cancellation

If Loughborough Card Show is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price paid.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

We aim to process eligible refunds within 14 days of the cancellation announcement.

4. Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If the event is postponed or rescheduled:

  • Tickets will remain valid for the new date wherever possible.

  • Customers who cannot attend the new date may request a refund within the timeframe specified in the postponement announcement.

  • Any refund eligibility will be communicated at the time of the postponement.

5. Customer Circumstances

We are unable to provide refunds due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Inability to attend

  • Travel disruption

  • Illness or personal circumstances

Customers who can no longer attend may transfer their ticket to another person unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

6. Duplicate Transactions or Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have accidentally purchased duplicate tickets, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, issue a refund.

7. Vendor and Exhibitor Bookings

Vendor and exhibitor table bookings are subject to separate booking terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Refund requests for fully paid bookings will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • We reserve the right to retain administrative costs and any non-recoverable expenses incurred.

Separate vendor terms may apply where published.

8. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through either the Loughborough Card Show website or the Card Goblin website.

All transactions are conducted on behalf of Card Goblin Limited.

Refunds approved under this policy will be returned using the original payment method wherever possible.
